ROYAL RANGERS

Royal Rangers Department

Who We Are...

Senior Commander Bob ZwillingROYAL RANGERS is an exciting opportunity for boys and young men to discover a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. This life-changing ministry is one of America's largest and foremost Christian boy's mentoring programs.

Open to all boys and young men interested, Royal Rangers meets every Sunday night Commander Forrest Lovenfrom 6:00 - 7:30 on the 3rd Level. The Good News Royal Ranger Commanders are Bob Zwilling and Forrest Loven.

The boys are strengthened:

MENTALLY  by a merit-based advancement program; PHYSICALLY  by participation in age-specific activities and recreation; SOCIALLY  through church and community service activities; SPIRITUALLY  through Bible study and devotions.

ROYAL RANGER GROUPS:
  • Ranger Kids
  • Discovery Rangers
  • Adventure Rangers

Ranger Kids: (Kindergarten, first grade, and second grade) includes a challenging and fun advancement system encouraging boys through indoor and outdoor activities and games. The weekly lessons and objectives help to reinforce godly principles in their daily lives. They have opportunities to achieve many advancement awards that can be placed on an awards vest and worn each week as part of the official Royal Ranger uniform.

Discovery Rangers: (third, fourth, and fifth grade) features an exciting premiere advancement system. In this system, boys will learn through camping and non-camping activities. An emphasis is placed on learning at their own pace in a merit-based curriculum.

Adventure Rangers: (sixth, seventh, and eighth grade) participate in more challenging camping and outdoor activities while emphasizing skill development, advanced camping, Junior Leadership Training, Frotiersmen Camping Fellowship (FCF), and Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals with national recognition.
